- Interface with client to understand their sourcing and procurement requirements
- Participating and driving the client’s engagement cycle from lead to operations
- Contributing to team understanding of client culture. Giving suggestions on how team could be more effective
- Develop sourcing strategies & processes in line with client’s business goals & policies
- Monitoring and analyze trends of key commodities as input to sourcing initiatives
- Identifying new business opportunities and supporting the Program Manager/BD in efforts to expand client relationship
- Execute standardized sourcing processes and strategies for assigned categories/sub-categories
- Conduct detailed analysis of the spend data and identify opportunities

- Conduct RFx sourcing (includes e-Auctions) and benchmarking for the commodities/categories assigned and create analysis to support recommendations for periodic changes in supply
- Ability to understand standard sourcing practices and techniques, independently work with suppliers and receiving locations to quickly reconcile discrepancies with supplier deliveries and other client terms & conditions
- Analyse quotations, manage day-to-day supplier interfaces including discrepancies/deliveries, etc.
- Participate as member of the sourcing team to ensure compliance with all procurement processes

• Customer & Project Management: Manage a mid sized portfolio of multiple clients.

- Create Personas, user journeys, storyboards, task flows and information architecture
- Create wireframes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Present designs ideas/concepts and key milestone deliverables to end‐users, clients, stakeholders, developers and other cross‐functional teams
- Promote Usability artefacts like design guidelines, best practices, specifications and standards
- Conduct user research, evaluate user feedback, UX reviews of product builds released
- Lead the ux projects independently and mentor and coach junior ux designers.

- Review purchase requisitions and identify sources of supply
- Identify and resolve PO/PR processing issues
- Select contract / supplier to fill requisitions in accordance with approved Purchasing strategies
- Create Purchase Orders manually based on the guidelines provided by the client’s purchasing organization
- Maintain the Vendor Master Records/Updates/New Vendor Setup
- Work with supplier and end user to resolve invoice, damaged/ returned goods, and ship date issues
- Establish and follow up on shipping dates with suppliers resolve issues w ith supplier/requestor for shipping dates
- Advise customer of modifications from original requests
- Route high-value items not on contract to Sr. Buyer for resolution
