• Execute standardized sourcing processes and strategies for assigned categories/sub-categories
• Conduct detailed analysis of the spend data and identify opportunities
• Work on comprehensive market intelligence and supplier identification projects
• Conduct RFx sourcing (includes e-Auctions) and benchmarking for the commodities/categories assigned and create analysis to support recommendations for periodic changes in supply
• Ability to understand standard sourcing practices and techniques, independently work with suppliers and receiving locations to quickly reconcile discrepancies with supplier deliveries and other client terms & conditions
• Analyse quotations, manage day-to-day supplier interfaces including discrepancies/deliveries, etc.
• Participate as member of the sourcing team to ensure compliance with all procurement processes
• Conduct supplier performance validation events  Conduct basic supplier profiling and financial risk assessment activities

• Proven excellent communication – written and verbal in English and Korean
• Good relationship building and customer service skills.
• Minimum 1year of procurement experience is a Plus.
• Analytical aptitude and business acumen.
• Strong Logical reasoning skills.
• Team player, high motivation, positive, can-do attitude, flexibility and adaptability to changing situations.
• Advanced skills in MS office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
