What you will do

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic leader to lead our HR Operations Center of Excellence (COE). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategic vision for the HR Operations COE, aligning with the company’s overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the strategic vision for the HR Operations COE, aligning with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team to manage day-to-day HR operations effectively.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline HR processes and systems for onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, etc., ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • People Analytics: Leverage HR data and analytics to inform decision-making, improve HR services, and contribute to workforce planning and development.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, ensuring it aligns with company goals and fosters employee engagement and development.
  • Employee Satisfaction: Design and execute employee satisfaction surveys; analyze results and recommend actions to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with HR service providers and vendors to ensure high-quality and cost-effective services.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all HR operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements in all jurisdictions the company operates.

What you should bring

We are looking for a highly qualified candidate to join our team as the Head of HR Operations COE. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role managing HR operations, preferably in a global context.
  • Demonstrated experience in setting up or leading a COE or similar entity.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems, employment laws, and regulatory requirements across different countries.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead teams across different geographic locations.
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
