• Interaction with individual product teams, engineering teams to understand the product features and purpose of implementation.
• Interact with customer to understand and triage technical issues.
• Play a technical role in customer support team to triage and work in liaison with multiple development teams to fix the issues.
• Come-up with proof of concepts as requested.
• Troubleshooting issues across environments.
• Responsible for monitoring, optimizing and performance tuning.
• Categorizing and prioritizing requests to ensure that adverse impact to business operations is minimized and normal service is restored quickly.
• Conceptualize, Design and Implement modules with individual products.
• Assisting in the achievement of Operational Excellence objectives for overall system reliability, security, availability, responsiveness, effectiveness, and operational cost
• Participating in project implementation or modification/enhancements.
• Able to work flexible hours, especially during product launches and post prod launch support when required.
• Working with global teams and technology partners and providing services to our internal/external customers.

• Candidate should possess more than 3 years of experience in software development processes as an end to end developer.
• Experience in technologies - ASP.Net, C#, WCF/Web API, MVC Framework, Java Script, jQuery.
• Working experience on Angular2/4/5/6/7/8
• Experience in developing web applications using MVC framework
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases and SQL should be able to troubleshoot single handedly.
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Familiarity with continuous integration
• Document and maintain software functionality
• Experience working with Multi – threaded applications
• Working experience on Azure Cloud based application (preferred)
