What you will do

The Global L&D COE Lead will be responsible for establishing and leading a central L&D Center of Excellence based out of India. The COE Head will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, design, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development initiatives across our organization. This role will collaborate closely with senior leadership, HR teams, and key stakeholders to identify learning needs, develop comprehensive learning solutions, and measure the impact of L&D programs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • L&D Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a global L&D strategy aligned with business objectives and employee development goals. Identify emerging trends, best practices, and innovative approaches in training and development to drive continuous improvement.
  • Program Design and Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver a wide range of L&D programs, including onboarding, leadership development, technical skills training, sales training, and compliance training. Partner with subject matter experts, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to create and deliver engaging and impactful training content and materials.
  • L&D Execution and Evaluation: Oversee the execution and delivery of L&D programs globally, ensuring consistency, quality, and effectiveness. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the impact of training on employee performance, productivity, and engagement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with HR business partners, department heads, and regional L&D leads to ensure alignment of training initiatives with business needs and priorities
  • Team Management and Development: Lead and mentor a team of L&D professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.

 

What you should bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Additional certifications in L&D, instructional design, or talent management are a plus.
  • At least 10 years of L&D experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in L&D, preferably in a global context.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to align L&D initiatives with business objectives and drive measurable results
  • Expertise in instructional design principles, learning technologies, digital learning platforms, and blended learning approaches
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience in team leadership, talent development, and building high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated passion for learning, innovation, and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
