•Design Excellence: Produce meticulous, on-time deliverables, including mockups,
redlines, and specifications that align with UX standards, accessibility guidelines, and
corporate brand strategy.
• User-Centric Focus: Create UX designs that enhance and guide the overall customer
experience.
• Responsive Design: Utilize our responsive component framework to design scalable and
user-friendly interfaces.
• Prototyping & Communication: Develop diagrams and prototypes that effectively convey
abstract ideas, making concepts tangible for project and product stakeholders.
• Collaborative Mindset: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, actively listen to
feedback, iterate on designs, and confidently advocate for your work during project reviews
and sprints.
• Design Integrity: Apply best practices and standards to ensure the integrity of design
across all digital products.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the UX team, product management, technology
teams, external creative agencies, and other designers
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in designing responsive, web-based applications
within an established design system.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your visual design skills, including examples of
typography, layout, color use, design principles, redline specifications, and work using an
established system of components and standards.
Key Skills:
• Visual Design Skills: Proven expertise in brand design, typography, color theory, and
layout.
• Design Principles: Strong understanding of visual design principles and experience
working with visual design style guides.
• Interface Design: Familiarity with interface elements, states, and transitions, and how to
style them to enhance user experience.
• Attention to Detail: Solid file organization and specification work.
• Adaptability: Ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining attention to
detail.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of CSS as it relates to visual design.
• Agile & Accessibility: Familiarity with agile methodologies and awareness of accessibility
requirements is a plus.
