• Lead Design Strategy: Develop and implement UX strategies that align with business
objectives and enhance the overall user experience.
• User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and translate
insights into effective design solutions that improve usability and engagement.
• Design System Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of design
systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all digital platforms.
• Prototype & Validate: Create high-fidelity prototypes and conduct usability testing to
validate design concepts, iterating based on user feedback.
• Collaborative Leadership: Partner closely with product managers, developers, and other
designers to ensure a smooth design process from concept through to implementation.
• Advocate for UX Best Practices: Promote user experience best practices across the
organization and mentor junior designers to foster a culture of continuous
improvement.
• Deliverables & Documentation: Produce detailed design deliverables, including
wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and redline specifications, adhering to UX standards
and brand guidelines
• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in designing responsive, web-based applications
using established frameworks or design systems.
• Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing a variety of UX design work, including
complex workflows, user research, design systems, and interaction design.
Key Skills:
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience leading design projects and mentoring
junior designers.
• Advanced Visual Design Skills: Deep knowledge of brand design, typography, color
theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• User-Centric Approach: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles with
experience in user research and usability testing.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
and their impact on design.
• Agile Experience: Experience working in agile environments with a solid understanding
of iterative design processes.
• Accessibility: Awareness of accessibility standards and guidelines (e.g., WCAG) with
experience designing for diverse audiences.
• Figma Expertise: Advanced skills in Figma, including creating and maintaining design
systems.
• Collaboration Tools: Proficiency with collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or
similar platforms
