  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms, onboard and qualify new vendors, and ensure full compliance with contractual and organizational standards.
  • Serve as a thought leader, applying business expertise and breakthrough thinking to help clients achieve long-term strategic goals.
  • Optimize functional sourcing support activities while ensuring alignment with client corporate standards and provide necessary information to the enablement group.
  • Collaborate with internal and external business partners to drive decisions that align with the organization's broader goals and ensure efficient daily execution.
  • Manage project allocation, support team members during kick-off meetings, and share best practices to foster continuous improvement across sourcing activities.
  • Monitor performance satisfaction, ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives for sourcing processes.
  • Participate in recruitment and team-building efforts to strengthen the Knowledge Services team.
