What you will do

Manager – SDR & Marketing Operations

Location: Navi Mumbai | Full-time (Hybrid)

We are seeking a Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience to lead and optimize our SDR & Marketing Operations function. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the success of Sales, SDR and Demand Generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & SDR Operations – Manage Sales & SDR processes and ensure data-driven decision-making through Salesforce, Outreach and Power BI visualizations. Own Sales & SDR team alignments & routing.
  • Automation – Focus on automating Sales, SDR and Marketing processes, lead management, and campaign execution.
  • Demand Generation Operations – Execute strategies to increase inbound and outbound efficiency.
  • MarTech – Own tools like Outreach and have a good understanding of its integration with Salesforce and other associated tools for streamlined operations.
  • Salesforce Reporting – Generate insights through detailed dashboards and performance analytics.
  • Outreach Campaigns & Reporting – Oversee campaign requests, get campaigns created and executed in time with real-time reporting.
  • Team Management – Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and marketing operations team.
  • Maintain Data Hygiene – Collaborate with various teams and ensure that data hygiene is maintained in our CRM, tools and repositories like Salesforce, Outreach, PowerBI etc.

What you should bring

Skills & Experience:  

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales, SDR & Marketing operations, CRM management, and Demand Generation with tools like Outreach, Salesforce, Pardot etc.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record in people management and performance growth.
  • Ability to collaborate with Sales, SDR, Marketing and Leadership teams to drive operational efficiency.
  • Data-driven and Entrepreneurial mindset with expertise in reporting, analytics, and automation tools.
  • Hands on experience of tools like Bearworks, Zoominfo, Avention, Insideview etc. is a plus
