What you will do

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Associate – HR Operations to support our growing team in APAC. This role will be responsible for managing HR processes, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of HR policies and procedures.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and other teams to capture and process semi-monthly payroll changes and updates accurately.
  • Review and address payroll and benefit-related notices from the Department of Labor (DOL) and other relevant agencies.
  • Regularly reconcile leave data, make necessary corrections, and maintain accurate audit records through close coordination with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams.
  • Support employee benefit inquiries, liaise with vendors as needed, and monitor semi-monthly benefit changes to ensure seamless administration.
  • Maintain all HR policies, employee benefit documents, and ensure updates are communicated effectively.
  • Coordinate benefit-related events, webinars, open enrollment sessions, and manage employment verification requests.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion are upheld in handling employee and personnel matters, adhering to HIPAA, federal, state, and legal compliance requirements.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance HR operational efficiency.
  • Provide support in HRIS system maintenance, data management, and reporting.

What you should bring

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations, payroll coordination, or benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems; experience with SAP, Workday, or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
