As a Sourcing Analyst, you will be part of our dynamic team managing sourcing and handling
procurement processes for our clients. You may be involved in finding suitable suppliers, executing
requests for proposals, and preparing price analyses in an indirect category.
• Execute standardized sourcing processes and strategies for assigned categories/sub-categories.
• Conduct detailed data analysis of the addressable spend and identify opportunities.
• Work on comprehensive market intelligence and supplier identification projects
• Conduct RFx sourcing (includes eAuctions) and benchmarking for the commodities/categories
assigned and create analysis to support recommendations for periodic changes in supply.
• Ability to understand standard sourcing practices and techniques, independently work with
suppliers and receiving locations to quickly reconcile discrepancies with supplier deliveries and
other client terms & conditions.
• Analyze the quotations, and manage day-to-day supplier interfaces including
discrepancies/deliveries, etc.
• Participate as a member of the Sourcing Team to ensure compliance with all procurement
processes.
• Conduct supplier performance validation events.
• Conduct basic supplier profiling and financial risk assessment activities.

• Bachelor's degree preferred or a combination of high school education with relevant experience
in procurement team successfully utilizing sourcing experience.
• OR a recent graduate with relevant supply chain internship experience or coursework and ability
to administer contracts and support RFPs.
• Excellent English communication – written and verbal
• Analytical aptitude and business acumen
• Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills i.e. regarding creating baselines, performing
market tests/analyses, summarizing the key points succinctly by email/in presentation
• Good negotiation skills
• Knowledge of computer software applications, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of key categories: Raw materials, IT, Professional Services, HR, Marketing, MRO/Capex, or
Packaging would be an added advantage
