Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product management, engineering and internal team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product
• Create Personas, user journeys, storyboards, task flows, information architecture, wireframes, UI design to demonstrate and effectively communicate how the product will look and function
• Conduct Heuristic Evaluation, Expert Reviews of existing product and produce reports highlighting the concerns in current Product Usability that meets measurable business goals and requirements
• Present designs ideas/concepts and key milestone deliverables to end-users, clients, stakeholders, developers and other cross-functional teams
• Review designs post development and work closely with the various teams in achieving pixel-perfect
  results
• Design, establish and promote Usability artefacts like design guidelines, best practices, specifications and standards. Ensure design compliance across products
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
• Conduct regular UX reviews of product builds released

Skills & Competencies Required:

• 4+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role
• Certifications in related fields such as Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, Mobile UX, Human Factors, Usability Research area is a plus
• Expert knowledge in the tools of the trade like Axure, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Sketch will be a plus
• Experience in implementing best practices for products in the B2B space, as well as strong knowledge of information architecture, usability principles/ techniques and design systems
• Ability to seamlessly transform/translate user requirements into intuitive design solutions -from prototypes to Visual Design
• Solve complex design roadblocks, provide ease of use to the products
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• A deep understanding of current technologies and design trends, and a strong eye for detail
• Knowledge of responsive design, design systems (Material, Fluent, Apple), browser-compatibility, wearable, touch and hand-held devices
• Good knowledge of corporate branding, digital media and color theory
• Understanding of UI technologies
• Passionate about designing that helps simplify the user’s product experience
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Comply with project plans and organization goals
• Education - Bachelors Degree
