The Assistant Manager – Global Recruitment Support plays a critical role in managing end-to-end recruitment operations across EMEA region. The role ensures smooth execution of global hiring processes, coordination with internal stakeholders, candidates, and external vendors, and supports business growth by driving timely and high-quality talent acquisition delivery.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing tools, and HR systems (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, etc.).
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements across geographies and time zones.
Analytical mindset with strong reporting and data management skills.
Process-driven with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
MBA/PG in Human Resources or related field.
5–8 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience, preferably in global hiring.
Experience in multinational environments will be an added advantage.
