What you will do

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager – HR Operations to lead and oversee HR operations across our Saudi Arabia and Dubai offices. This role will ensure seamless execution of HR processes, strong compliance with regional employment laws, and alignment with global HR strategies. Acting as a bridge between local teams and the global HR leadership in the US, you will drive operational excellence, employee experience, and continuous improvement across the HR function.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR operations for Saudi & Dubai: onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle.

  • Ensure compliance with Saudi & UAE labor laws, immigration, and payroll regulations.

  • Partner with US-based HR leadership to align with global HR strategies.

  • Manage HR systems, reporting, and employee data accuracy.

  • Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.

  • Oversee vendor relationships (payroll, benefits, immigration partners).

What you should bring

  • 10–14 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to Saudi & UAE operations.

  • Expertise in labor laws, payroll, compliance, and HR processes.

  • Experience in multinational/matrix environments.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • English fluency required; Arabic preferred.
