What you will do

  • Manage objectives and plans for team associates and track performance to annual goals
  • Responsible for the development and management of a global operations function for client with a focus on S2P services management, solution implementation & metrics reporting
  • Identify opportunities and Market new services to the client
  • Manages team attrition and motivates team to exceed SLAs
  • Participation in cross-functional projects/programs
  • Owns client satisfaction surveys for the engagement
  • Ability to manage process mapping and solution design during the transition phases
  • Assist in pre-sales and business development
  • Contribute significantly in firm building activities
  • Manage global team for service delivery
  • Partner closely with key stakeholder team to understand critical business needs, trends and strategies
  • Coaching and mentoring for building leadership pipeline 

What you should bring

  • Strong strategic relationship & change management skill
  • In depth knowledge of procurement management processes and best practices
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills required
  • Knowledge of P2P end user functionality
  • S2P Program Management experience
  • Transition Management Skill
